Program Requirements

for the Human Factors & Ergonomics Graduate Minor

Credits for both the Masters and PhD minor will be selected based on joint input from the student’s advisor and the Human Factors and Ergonomics DGS.

Masters

Required credits: 7
Required courses:

Additional Graduation Requirements: In addition to the 7 credits above, masters students must have taken by graduation:

Alternatively if you wish to substitute another statistics course, or if you have taken such a course at another school, please discuss it with the HF/E DGS for approval.


PhD

Required credits: 13.
Required courses:

Additional Graduation Requirements: In addition to the 13 credits above, PhD students must have taken by graduation:

Alternatively if you wish to substitute other statistics courses covering these same areas (analysis methods, and design of experiments), or if you have taken such courses at another school, please discuss it with the HF/E DGS for approval.
